Amazing customer service! I accidentally clicked the wrong delivery for my son’s school shoes. I contact 121 and they changed it so he would get his shoes in time! Best customer service I’ve ever experienced

On Thursday I emailed 1-2-1 shoes about my Ecco shoes I bought last October as they were splitting. I received an email back from Woody promptly asking me to send some pictures which I did. I then received an email back to say please we choose some new shoes, within half an hour the whole issue has been sorted. I would recommend one-to-one shoes
100%. Excellent customer service, thank you.
