Fantastic site!
I was trying to find some specific Mr Hobby Color Paints and one site couldn't deliver it to my country/I live in the USA.
When I found 1001Hobbies, they had the paints I needed for a dang good price cheaper than the other places so, I snagged the paints I needed & they arrived pretty quickly.
I'm definitely gonna order more from this site in the future.

Fix the site tracking info
Well I got the item in a timely matter, however the tracking place never changed. It said it had been shipped but the bar stayed at ordered. I had to send an email to get the tracking number. The site was in French which did not help. However I was able to take the tracking number to another place and find the status. So the site tracking is useless for telling me what is going on with my order. I had to contact the company who responded in a couple of days with the tracking number. I would have sent an email it the site tracking had updated but it remained the same even after I got the backage

1001Hobbies had a product I was searching for at an excellent price. Tracking could use improvement, the website tracking page was uninformative. After 8 days it only indicated the product had shipped. No carrier, no carrier tracking code ( FEDEX, DHS, UPS for example.)I'm expecting a large package so I need to make arrangements to receive it. Précommande jamais reçue
J'ai précommandé une peluche le 10/11/2025 (47,89 €, payés intégralement), pour une livraison annoncée au plus tard à l'été 2026. Depuis, la date a été repoussée quatre fois et l'expédition est désormais annoncée au 31 janvier 2027, soit plus d'un an après la commande.
Ma demande d'annulation a été refusée, au motif que le délai de rétractation serait dépassé. Or, selon l'article L221-18 du Code de la consommation et leurs propres CGV, ce délai court à compter de la réception du produit, que je n'ai jamais reçu.
Une clause de CGV qui permet de repousser indéfiniment la livraison tout en gardant l'argent du client crée, à mon sens, un déséquilibre significatif (art. L212-1) et ne peut pas écarter mon droit à résolution pour retard de livraison (art. L216-2).
Je trouve cela très malhonnête.
Je vous déconseille de passer par ce site marchand car aucun service client et en cas de soucis aucune solution n'est apportée à part des refus abusifs.

I didn't receive my order correctly
I didn't receive my order correctly. Invoice says I ordered correctly but I didn't get my gloss orange color, I got two of the 731 colors and I only needed one.

Magnificent Experience
The company shipped out very quickly considering I live in the United States. They packaged the product well and I received it without any issues at customs so they definitely did their documentation properly. I would definitely recommend buying from here again whenever certain kits are not readily available in the United States at some competitive prices.

Company is extremely easy to work with. Items are as advertised on their site. Not expensive. Shipping is a little slow. The review request came before the product arrived. The tracking system doesn’t match the actual location of item.
