Richard has assisted me over this past week with technical information and solving a recurring problem I had regarding space for my email domain. Due to the nature of my business I am required to store information for a minum period of 5 years. Terrible service and zero accountability!
The 1-Grid team have countlessly dropped the ball, with slack service, no accountability, and what seems to be a lack of leadership.
When compared to other ISP's, 1-Grid is mediocre and just not at the level for companies looking to partner with an ISP that will add value to their company's processes.
I have to hound them for answers to a problem that was logged over 2 weeks ago.
Terrible!
