Extremely late
The gift box itself was well received however the post carrier the company choses took nearly 10 days to deliver to central Christchurch and arrived well after the birthday despite the 2 to 3 day advised delivery time. Paid a fortune for postage too

We are incredibly sorry for the delay caused on this one. I have looked into it and have contacted the couriers for more information, I am still awaiting a response. While we rely on third party courier providers, this is definitely not the level of service we aim to provide so we are deeply disappointed to hear this one arrived as late as it had and missed arriving on time for the actual birthday.
I would just like to clarify that this one left us on the 9th March and arrived on the 16th so it took 5 business days as the weekend and the day of dispatch are not considered in these timeframes.
I will be in contact regarding this one further.
