Absolutely terrible experience with…
Absolutely terrible experience with ParkingMD. I have never dealt with such incompetence. After multiple emails and phone calls, they still continue to send me the wrong documents. I clearly stated that my DMV state is New York, yet they repeatedly send forms for the wrong state.
They even made me redo the entire questionnaire and re-upload all my medical documents, promising it would be corrected — and somehow, they still got it wrong again.
It has now been over 15 days, and the issue is STILL not fixed. Meanwhile, they have already taken my money, and I am stuck unable to move forward with my DMV application because I cannot download the correct approved documents.
Customer service is completely ineffective — every person tells you something different, and nothing actually gets resolved.
This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
