Very disappointing and misleading experience with BetterCV.

I signed up thinking I was only paying $2 for a one-time service. There was no clear or transparent information that I was entering a subscription. Even worse, I believed I had canceled it, but they continued charging my card without my knowledge, and the total amount taken is much higher than expected.

This kind of practice feels deceptive and unacceptable. Customers should not have to worry about hidden subscriptions or unauthorized charges.

I strongly advise others to be very careful before using this service. I will be requesting a full refund and taking further action if this is not resolved.
