Good call center service
Even though my flight with Plus Ultra is tomorrow, I alteady have a good impression. I called their call center twice. First time in January, I had to wait an hour bc the were really occupied given to the situation in Venezuela, but when they responded they were patient. Today (16th of march), the second time they responded immediately and the guy was very nice, it's a shame that I do not know his name. I would rate his costumer service a 10/10.
