Paid for a collection service, no one turned up, rang the customer services, endured 40 mins of absolutely awful classical music, the phone went dead.
Royal Mail nowadays are truly the worst company I have ever dealt with and that is saying something.
Update : Re-booked for today, no show again. I urge people not to use RM anymore as they are totally unreliable, can't even collect never mind deliver.
