I bought 2 trolleys almost 2 weeks ago, I don’t have any status of where they are. The track code number doesn’t work and customer service doesn’t respond. No luggage, no info and no refund! I bought them because it was said the delivery takes 3-5 days, now I have a trip and I don’t have a luggage!

They lost my luggage for over 6 days in August 2025 claiming the airplane was too heavy and they needed to remove weight, so they left it in Madrid and I didn’t find it out until I landed in Bogota. I haven’t still received the refund for the days it has been lost, worst customer service ever!
