I started working with Invesify to build and manage my Shopify store. At first things seemed okay, but after some time communication became very difficult. I often had to follow up for updates, and responses were extremely slow. At one point I was told someone was on vacation, but the lack of communication continued for a long period. As a client who invested money into the business, it felt like the situation became totally out of my control because I couldn’t get clear updates about the progress or advertising being done. I believe transparency and consistent communication are very important when working with an agency, and unfortunately that was missing in my experience. They took $2500 one time payment and $2000 for marketing, but unfortunately they totally disappeared and never got back to me. I kindly request anyone who is looking forward to work with this agency please don’t because they are a scammer and not trustworthy so better stay away from em.
