Ik had een AngelTech tablet waarvan ik de PIN code kwijt was, na een mailtje naar de klantendienst heb ik snel reactie ontvangen met een stappenplan om deze te resetten.

I contacted Crosscall support 3 times over 4 weeks and received no reply. Their website form is poorly translated, gives no confirmation after sending, and may not even work. I submitted messages in both English and French—still nothing. As a non-French speaker, calling isn't an option.

I now have 3 Crosscall devices sitting unused for weeks. I spent hundreds of euros via a third-party, but Crosscall refuses to help just because they were demo models. Instead of offering a solution, support replied with a cold and defensive tone.

Update: I finally got an email via chat support, but their reply was rude and dismissive. No apology, no effort—just blame.

This has been my worst experience with any company. I strongly advise avoiding Crosscall.
