Very very well organized! Not too busy, but also not too free-ranging with development. Sessions were full of great content and altogether well thought out. My only feedback would be less paper-based activities & moving tables. Day 1 was tough getting off a plane and getting settled in only to have to re-settle to a new table every time we got back from a break to a new speaker. Those speakers used a lot of print outs, which would have been best sent in the handout bags instead of sat on the tables. There were not enough handouts to go around even with relocation.
