I contacted EDF because they missed an appointment for a smart meter to be installed. I spoke to Hazel in team G and she was very helpful polite and professional, keeping me informed every day about the investigation as to what went wrong.
When it was completed I was given the reason and offered a decent compensation as an apology. I was then contacted by Hazel who arranged a new appointment for the meter to be installed. Excellent service all around.
