Would give 0 stars if possible. I did not enroll for a $49.00 subscription which was charged 4 times on my credit card. They claimed a 1 day free trial which I NEVER would have been interested in.I reported fraud, got charges wiped off and canceled my card so they can't do it again.

This is a follow up to my previous review wherein I stated I did not expect FF to credit the 40% they offered. I wish to report that they did contact me and said they're crediting my credit card.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Their responses to 80% of complaints refer to "a temporary malfunction" or the delivery was slow because the "scenic route" was taken. REALLY???
I sent 3 emails asking for a return address for 2 pet beds that were too flimsy and too small. Instead was sent an offer for 20% off and no need to return them. They are letting the 30 day return window run out. The same thing happened with another China-based company. They offered a discount rather than a return credit. If I don't get return address within the 30 day return window, should I really expect to see a 20% credit on my credit card?
FUNNY FUZZY: SEND RETURN ADDRESS FOR ORDER FF392228S and ORDER FF409931S. And don't excuse your poor customer service on "system malfunctions" or "delay caused by taking scenic route." Get a new "system" or a faster delivery company. This company is in China and doesn't want buyers to know it. Buyer beware.
