Great cars, lovely environment just more attention to customer needed
The sales team were very personable and knowledgeable. The vehicle itself was excellent and presented nicely.
It took 12 days to have the vehicle prepared and to hand over to me which was rather frustrating. Several phone calls made to chase progress but always the calls returned several hours later. A little waiting around on collection day again a frustration. The after sales team called me back promptly and resolved an issue with dash cam. Most aspects of the experience were positive but with a little extra care and attention the whole process could have been more enjoyable.
