Shame Shame Shame

I had to cancel my cruise on Carnival because my wife developed vertigo. That is when you get dizzy when you move your head. Carnival gave us a partial refund, but wait I opted for the cruise protection insurance on the Carnival website. Guess what Carnival only gives you the phone number for AON travel Insurance. AON has one stars reviews, because of terrible service. Carnival turns their back on you and says your on your own. How slimy can you get. Carnival puts this insurance on their website at check out, I sign up thinking Carnival offers this great cruise protection. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG. Shame on you Carnival !!!

AON Travel Insurance

My wife has vertigo and her Doctor who is a neurologist filled out their physician statement and of course they said that it was not enough and that they wanted more information. Why have the doctor fill out a form if its not enough info in the first place. I am so disappointed in Carnival for teaming up with "AON" travel insurance. What a loser company. My claim started Jan. 30, 2026 and still nothing. When I talked to customer service all they could do was repeat the same script over and over. We are still waiting. Stay away from these guys. "AON" sucks.

Still In Need

After 2 weeks of effort I cancelled my application and was refunded my fee. Communication was not easy, all done through their chat website. Messages on phone number listed was never returned. One time I called and it said not in service. Proceed at your own risk.

I sincerely apologize for the delays and the trouble you've had getting through to us. That's unacceptable and I take responsibility for it.
We want to make getting your placard as straightforward as possible. Part of that process requires obtaining medical records from your provider — in your case, we faxed the records request to your provider's office but unfortunately haven't heard back from them yet. We know that doesn't make the wait any less frustrating on your end.
Regarding your refund — it was processed on February 14th. Depending on your bank, it typically takes 7–10 business days to reflect back in your account. If you don't see it by then, please reach out to us at support@parkingmd.com and I'll look into it right away.
We'd also like to offer you our service completely free of charge if you're able to obtain your medical records directly — whether through your provider's office or a patient portal. Just email us at support@parkingmd.com with your records and we'll take care of the rest at no cost to you.
