The pro groom itself is a good product; however do not order from heusom.com!!! Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Not only was my order duplicated, I've had to argue with them for two weeks trying to get a refund on the duplicate order. I've sent them proof from my bank acct displaying both charges. I have begged them to let me return the extra item and they continue to tell me that they did not duplicate the order. They will not refund the extra charge. I am at the end of my rope and so regret this purchase! Please don't order from these people! It's been a month and I continue to try to get a refund for the extra pro groom I'm trying to send back!

The Blanket i reeived was not a queen so i wanted to exchange it. As I'm sure everyone will agree, it's not feasible to mail the Blanket all the way back to Switzerland for a cost that's at least as much as the product itself!
Very disappointed in this company and it's underhanded advertising and practices. I know it will not stay in business long. I'm sure the whole intent was to make money quickly and get out. Very shameful! I will be posting a review everywhere to try and prevent others from being scammed!

I am in total agreement with all the reviews here!! The worst scam company! Terrible jeans quality!My experience is the same- little or no communication and when there is some - no resolution!! No refunds ever! DO NOT BUY!!!!
