Los vuelos cierran 2 horas antes de la salida. No recibí ningún mail informandome al respecto y perdí el vuelo. En atención al cliente me ofrecieron un vuelo solo de ida por 400€ 2 días después de mi vuelo inicial. Pésima aerolínea.

Awful. First my c/o was cut off so the delivery couldn't be made. I contacted the support center (by email, they don't even have a hotline) and told them my exact address. Same thing, could not be delivered. The guy didn't even ring the bell once. Now I will have to wait for the next week to give my husband his birthday gift. Great.
