Bought something online, which was important for me on my project. Waited a week... No notes, nothing, so decided to contact myself. Apparently items are out of stock, so they offered refund, which should reach my account in 3 to 5 days. Waste of time. Giving two stars only for quick response through their website chat.

Absolutely useless service. You call one number, they advice you to dial another. You ring another, they give you third. You ring a third, the robot would give you the option to ring the first or second one again or just end up the call.

Highest price in your dreams... They will offer half of the price what the street gold shop would offer you. And you have to put some effort to get your stuff back from them, as they ignore the emails and phonecalls

I understand that this is an auction and you buy ex displayed, returned or used items, but at least it should say in description if the item got major issue or take more pictures, showing the state of item. I bought quite a few things from them. All of them had repairable and diy issues, like screws, bolts, washers missing(easy replacable), items with little wear signs, outer packaging opened or a bit dirt. That is understandable. But when you buy expensive thing(had 1 picture of a box), and it has major part missing, which is not sold separately, this is a ripoff. Items like this should be stated as "major parts missing", "major damage" etc. Until they had not change this in their website, this review will remain the same.
