Can't withdraw my funds. Rediculous

I used a service called moonpay to deposit crypto into the trading acc as this is the only way to fund the acc from the UK. Moonpay is a service that let's you buy crypto and send it to any wallet address without you needing to have a wallet yourself. Now that I want to withdraw my funds from Onfin they are making it impossible and don't want to send the funds to my wallet address as they say they can only send the coins to the wallet that originally came from.

The person on the chat also got really snarky with me when I said it feels like they didn't want to help me. Their response was 'did moonpay help!!'

I cannot get in touch with this…

I cannot get in touch with this company. I have tried ringing their nr - I have tried the call back forms. The glasses I received is now giving me issues as they are too strong and are giving me intense headaches. I have no other way than writing this review to hope that someone gets in touch with me.

Formal Complaint

Following a complaint I lodged, I received a response via email in which Zopa admitted that the issue arose due to a system error on their side. I was asked to reply to that email, which I did promptly. However, it has now been over a week since my reply, and I have received no further communication or update.

This continued lack of response is extremely disappointing and is adding to what has already been a stressful experience. The issue has:

Negatively affected my credit score,
Caused significant emotional distress, and
Detrimentally impacted my financial position.

At this stage, I am simply requesting a timely and meaningful update to my response.

I’m writing this review because I don’t know how else to escalate my complaint, and I feel that my issue is not being taken seriously enough.

Emotional distress disaster

I have taken out a loan and cancelled it within the cooling off period with ZOPA. This then cancelled the loan but left a £5 balance on the acc. When the loan was cancelled they cancelled the direct debit as well. I only received one piece of comms from Zopa that said that they will take the direct debit. I then received comms through the post that said my acc is in arrears and that I defaulted on my payment. This has negatively impacted my credit score by 41 points that means that now I cannot buy the home that I want to.

This has caused me huge emotional and physical distress and the customer chat was not helpful at all.
They just kept apologising and did not give any solutions other than it will take 8 weeks to resolve.

I feel I am in an extremely vulnerable state and there is no confirmation that the complaint was raised and whether it has been raised correctly.

I need to get this resolved as soon as possible but from my understanding there is nothing that I can do further like I said which is causing friction in my relationship which further causes me distress. All this for £5...

Not acceptable.

This service is amazing!

This service is amazing!

There are three tiers avail. I started at premium and quickly upgraded to platinum. The value is is worth every penny. Only recently had a 40/1 winner 10/1winner and a 4/4 day that landed.

The community is great and the tips are proper info

I spoke to Jamie.he was great always ready to help. I had stressed so much about a possible diagnosis and he was so caring and supportive. He actually cared which is more than I can say for any of the NHS staff I had to deal with. Really just an awesome guy that help me deal with my stress and anxiousness!!! Thank you Jamie
