I brought a nes toilet seat that wasnt the colour I expected ,,but thaught ok will keep then it slid to side and pinched my leg and they want me to send a USED toilet seat back ,,this company works with B&Q ,,so out of pocket but will take matters further ,,DUSGUSTED
