I have limited vision but still find the app easy to view and use.
It's straightforward to log in and to move money around.
I find the app easier to read than paper statements (even larger print).
Perhaps my only small criticism would be Dot sometimes "doesn't quite get it" but that is probably true of all chatbots.

Brilliant customer service.When my package didn't arrive after nearly 3 weeks (due to the incompetence of the Evri courier,) I was offered a replacement no problems.
I bought a Montane Alpha Gilet and was delighted with the product too!
Would definitely use this company again but SportShoes please change the courier.
