Customer support is horrible just like the house
The house we rented trough Belvilla was very dirty and not as described, lacked a lot of things. After we couldn't resolve it with the owner we called Belvilla for help. They were very polite but after 2,5 days of calling sending emails and getting promises that will never turn into reality we are still in a dirty house. We have to wait for the owner to clean it after 3 days! Belvilla acts like they will help you but they don't really do that. It costs us a lot of time and the end result is we are still in a dirty house.
Never ever again will i rent a property of Belvila.
P.s. if they respond by saying they want to help you, don't believe them because you'll never hear anything from them again unless you keep calling 10 maybe 20 times.
