Been a customer for a couple of years now, attended pop ups and events here and there. The kit they provide is always top quality and the customer support always backs the quality of the product. Always helpful and informative.

Brilliant products and customer service!

Returning customer here who has used realmeal for on-the-move meals to work, distance running fuel and hiking fuel. I’ve recently placed an order with the wrong delivery address but Scott was able to get back to me and resolve the issue within 15 minutes of my email, redirecting the order to the intended address.

Will definitely be ordering again.

No complaints here, top quality fuel that tastes great and also does the job brilliantly. Trained for my first 20k race in the Lake District this year using styrkr fuel and I will definitely come back to their products for future projects.

Visited Unit Four. Absolutely amazing experience all round. Came from a decent 1hour and 40 minute drive to visit and it was 100% worth the trip. Theo in store was super helpful and brilliant to talk to, answered all of my questions and gave me some additional useful info.

The store itself is awesome. All of the ranges are on display to try on and get a feel for the right sizing and how they look on you before committing to placing an order. I tried on a bunch of stuff to better inform my future orders like a phalanx for winter and left with a stealth base layer for a family member and a oryon carbon shirt for myself.

I absolutely loved visiting Unit four and had to leave with something from the store. I hope the store stays and expands as it has been a brilliant experience and I would absolutely love to go again.

I had placed a reservation order for a pair of force 2 in 1 shorts which was cancelled (and soon to be refunded) the next day under “items unavailable” where apparently there was not enough stock to fulfil my order. I spoke to customer support and Toby was very helpful, told me what to do next and informed me that the shorts are indeed available. This is an ongoing process right not but as far as I am aware steps forward are being taken and I hope to get to the bottom of whatever has happened.

Easy returns/exchange process and incredible customer support. I had a pretty big discrepancy in points that was confusing me, I decided to contact customer support and through combined efforts we found out the problem and it was resolved immediately. Nothing bad to say on this part. Customer support is top tier and so are the products.

Very good customer experience, garments are amazing quality and look the part too. Customer support is always helpful however sometimes conversations can take a little while too start as I’ve waited over a week or so to have a couple of questions answered. Apart from that, I’d say the general experience is always top notch.

Recent returns process was incredible. Customer support was always on hand and even refunded extra credit to match a discounted price of the garment I ordered. Only issue is that the customer service outside of this matter can sometimes take a little longer than expected to come through, as I am waiting on a response for a windguard that may have a couple of cosmetic issues.

Love the products however the customer service is a little lacklustre at the moment. I had sent a few emails regarding different things and have not had any responses for a while. Tried to contact repairs and general support department and haven’t had a response for a little while.

Very fast delivery and cheaper than some other websites. Would definitely recommend
