One of the friendliest companies I've worked with, fast turnaround on custom merch and Dave always goes above and beyond what you ask for especially for charity work!

They have messed up all but 1 of my deliveries and even then it was early (which isn't a bad thing usually but I wasn't planning on being home at that time and could have easily missed it)

They don't ring the door bell when they do deliver,

The 2 times I have paid for next day delivery, it has taken 2 day to get delivered.

As I am writing this review I am curre tly waiting for a package to be sent to me that is now 5 days late, their website says they will re-attempt delivery the next working day, but I haven't heard anything from them, no tracking updates. I have been in co tact with the seller and they just keep telling the seller it will be delivered the next working day.

Can we all agree to just not use Hermes/Evri, they are awful.
