This is our 4th Car purchase from Available Car and our 3rd from Castle Donington. I rang on Sunday and spoke to Jordan and he took the details of the 3 cars I'd chosen. Arranged an appointment to view and test drive each on Monday.
We arrived and waited for the appointment. (I'd been rung by Chloe to check I still wanted to test drive.)
We looked at all 3 vehicles. Unfortunately one had a nail in it's tyre so we couldn't have tested it. However we've chosen and purchased the one we want and collect it later this week.
All the cars were pristine inside. Chloe apologised for the one we've purchased being dusty on the outside and due to needing a part replacing we couldn't test drive that one either.
Chloe had a gentleman called Elliot who was shadowing her on his first day. Both were excellent and friendly.
We were handed over to Kizzy Manager of Grey Team and she closed the deal. Went thorough all the details with us. Smooth process.

1. It took 10 days to actually physically receive the parcel. Considering it had been with yourselves around 2 days after order. The E Bay seller was useless.
2. The actual collection was ok. Until I got into the locker! I'm 5ft5. The parcel was small and placed right at the back of a locker on one row down from the very top row. My husband is 6ft and would have had problems. There's no step. No handy tall men. Luckily outside the shop, was an external rack, with 'grabbers' for Disabled people for sale! I had to borrow one!! However, after 10pm and before 6am, that wouldn't have been available to me! The shop is shut! My walking stick would be of no use! Am I supposed to drive around with a grabber in my car, just in case??
Not happy. I know its a design fault. But please ask your drivers to be considerate to short folk!! Maybe, don't make them rush to meet targets??

Ordering on App is difficult. Click n Collect is not easily selected. Customer service were brilliant in getting parcel diverted to our home on a day when we would be in.
Yodel are ABISMAL still. Dumped parcel on step and left. Obvious we were in! No confirmation of delivery for 20 minutes after silent delivery. No point us complaining because they don't care a jot. £29.99 plus postage is a lot for me to risk being stolen! Plus it made it look to thieves that we were out! I can't abide this firm since they 'lost' a previous order from yourselves. What makes this worse is I couldn't apply my Discount Code either because no option came up on the App. I asked Customer Service lady to pass feedback re App. It's ridiculous and why my husband orders on line, but then I can't review your products. Which are good. Apart from Evans.

The ordering and click and collecting were excellent.
The bag is spot on. Just what I need and the feel of the outer is buttery soft too.

Bought a pair of black leggings, I went 1 size up, 26 inch leggings and I'm 5ft5. For £10 quality and fit are excellent.
I used the offer of 2 for £18 and ordered Purple, 28 leg length and a size up. Leg length not too long. Fit and quality excellent.
I collect from local parcel shop. No drama. I do wish you could opt for collect in store though.
