Outside sent the wrong running shoes but were quick to send out the correct replacements, without requesting that I send the other back first. We all make mistakes but they got it sorted efficiently so I had the trainers for race day.

In a word, 'Appalling'. Zero customer service. I do not understand why they bother advertising an email address or telephone number as you will never get a response from then. Do not be fooled by website or professional sounding automated telephone answering service. This is not a company with multiple departments, just a bloke operating out of his shed.
Incorrect item sent, no recognition of the issue and I was only able to get a refund by going through the dispute process with PayPal.
If you want to risk using this supplier only pay with PayPal so at least you have some consumer protection.
