Had a great experience with Balfe's, 1st expertise of a damaged bicycle and then the purchase of a Specialized Tarmac Sworks frame and a one piece cockpit. Was really well looked after and follow up was great. True professionals who love their job and are good at it. Recommended.

Great shop and people only slightly let down by the online payment system that was bugging and would not let me pay for my cycling kit. I contacted someone at Balfe and this was promptly resolved. Very reactive people. Would definitely buy again from them.

2nd order with this company, this time around for an oval table for the garden. Was very tricky because of the fact that you cannot give exact measure for such a geometric figure. I drew a diagram best I could with width at various intervals. Communication with them was paramount. Table turned out exactly spot on. Great quality for the price.
