I had motor insurance with Hastings…but no longer.

I had motor insurance with Hastings direct, when it came to renewal time I had a quote from confused.com £40 cheaper than your self's,asked if you could match it ,you said no ,so I went elsewhere,the point I'm trying to make is wouldn't it been better to agree to the the lower price and kept me as a customer,now you have lost not only me but also my money
