Sneaky, Not easy or quick like it seems
First I paid and filled out the forms. Then I get notification that I hadn't paid. I waited several days and nothing happened. I called them and they said oh there's a glitch in the system we see that you have paid. Sneaky sneaky! Then I filled out the next information with the reasoning and the other things that they asked. Waited a couple days. Then they said I had to supply doctor information or medical records. I could have done that myself going to the doctor or making a simple phone call. I thought I would work with a doctor on staff at their company but this is basically just providing them the information and they will fill out the form and send it to me. I think it's a very big waste of money and very misleading. I don't recommend it
