Ordered my rose last fall. I was kept informed of expected shipment for my zone planting time. Once in the mail it arrived very quickly. The rose looks fresh and has been planted. I have purchased 2 other David Austin roses in the distant past. They continue to thrive and bloom their hearts out.

Also, should you need to speak with someone within the company, they will return your call within short order and answer your questions or resolve your problems. It’s an old fashioned company in that respect, they believe in in-person customer service. Any products you may order, you will not be disappointed in and they generally are received within a couple days, well-packed and protected.
