Staff very helpful and polite and went out of their way to make gift bag look nice as fragrance was a birthday present to be given same day.

AVOID. Says 50 pence for 24 hours which I paid and it gave wrong location of phone anyway!!! Then they took £30 out my account the next day claiming I had failed to close account and needed to pay a monthly fee. Contacted my bank and they’re refunding for fraud given they provide the wrong location of lost phone anyway and also as I had not used the phone tracker again after 24 hours after paying. SCAM avoid.

I bought a Bosch washing machine from AO in March 2020 which was cheaper than other store prices for the same machine. From the purchase to delivery process, AO provided excellent customer service by providing regular updates and also being very accessible and supportive when I contacted them. Also, the installation and delivery workers/company they use were very friendly and efficient.

Due to this excellent service and competitive pricing, I won’t be shopping anywhere else for my kitchen and laundry appliances/white goods from now on.
