First two orders ok then found them completely useless emailing and texting me sent out order but not doing it had to get emergency prescription for medicine from doctor. Phoned them several times said will send out order asp never happend total incompetence .just noticed on their website that they have altered records to say I cancelled orders in December total lie disgusted with company.

I have attempted to contact you be telephone, you were not available I have left a voicemail.
On checking the account, I can see your GP has issued a batch of prescriptions for you on what's called 'repeat dispensing' which are held on the NHS central computer. Your GP had done this to speed up the ordering of your medications.
At the end of December we did send you an email stating Action Required, this email contains a link to release the next batch of prescriptions, however the link was not used, with this being the case the medication was not released and sent out to you.
When you then contacted us at the end of January we attempted to release this batch for you, however we then encountered a problem in doing this, on further investigation and after a conversation with your GP surgery it seems all 'repeat dispensing' prescriptions issued by your GP surgery had been cancelled in preparation for a new computer system being installed at your GP surgery.
I understand that your GP surgery has now issued prescriptions locally for you.
