The online directions to find the pickup point at the airport were well presented. Joe the driver who picked us up was friendly, knowledgeable and such a nice guy!!

Admin staff inside the office were friendly and helpful. The car we hired was clean and fuel efficient. The rental cost was a really good price.

Our drop off back at the airport with Rishard was also friendly and efficient (no waiting time at all) - he also showed flexibility and empathy for his colleagues and clients.

We will definitely rehire with Snap Rentals for upcoming NZ visits with family.
