I ordered a two seat Captain's Bench. This arrived swiftly but, sadly the holes for the bolts to attach the back to the seat had not beeen drilled. I alerted NBB who sorted it all out, delivering a new seat and collecting the old one. The real icing on the cake was that the new seat was delivered fully assembled. Sales admisitrator, Gemma deserves the highest praise. She was brilliant throughout.

We live quite a difficult road to access but the guys got in and got our wonderful bed installed with no fuss. Excellent service.
