Good service and communication

Good service, quick delivery and good communication. If I had any small issue the delivery fee is a bit pricey but otherwise everything else was spot on.

I'm not completely 100%

I'm not 100% on this one, purely because its quite a hard matress. It may well be that once used to it, I will be completely fine and would give it more stars. Just from my experience so far.
