Jamie was supportive all through the process. He never applied any pressure and he always stuck to his word. Regency processes make it almost a painless experience on the admin front. Jamie also helped me to cope with a mini- crisis on the transaction even though the cause was on my side. To top it all, Regency gave me the best rate on the day out of several that I rang round.

Warren was very informative and helpful. If anything, he could maybe have gone just a tad slower, though that's entirely because I am a bit slow myself, not because there was anything wrong per se with his conversational style.

Not sure if this was roomdi or the card companies but it took seven different cards before one was accepted and the booking was confirmed. This led in one instance to the booking site freezing and all the info having to be re-entered.

My browser sent me to the Daily Express for an article on the US election. It said a "whistle-blower" had given evidence to a "research institute" of xyz events. A couple of clicks revealed that the "institute" was a right-wing anti-abortion firm and a quick re-read revealed the whistle-blower to be utterly incoherent. Overall, with this as my first visit to this outlet, I was left with the impression of a disingenuous editorial policy, notwithstanding the inherent bias in my own centre- left political leanings.
