After visiting various stores in search of a new sofa we found what we were looking for in Sofology Norwich store. We were attended to by Marcus who explained everything in detail and answered all our questions without any pressure or hard sell. We returned the next day to complete the purchase again with Marcus who took time to carefully go through all aspects of the transaction so we were fully clear of all the various info and thoroughly answered our questions. Professional but with a personal service feel as well. In our opinion, Sofoloy had the best range of furnishings and of very high quality. I would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

This is the second time I have used this company to purchase a mobile phone. They always seem to have a good selection and at a very competitive price. The purchase experience was good. Unfortunately they are let down by the poor performance of the delivery via Royal Mail. 24 hour tracked does not mean 24 hr delivery. 60 hrs and still not arrived. Not really Handtec's fault although maybe they should choose another company to make deliveries.

Ordered two canvas prints for my holiday let. The website was very easy to use with full instructions of how to upload my photos and then get the best results for the canvas format I had chosen. Delivery was very quick and I was totally delighted with the quality of the canvasses. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be using this company again.

The customer service Live chat is very good and prompt at sorting out any questions and issues. I had a bit of an issue regards my breakdown cover but it was sorted out quickly and subsequent conversations with customer service have been excelent
