Don't go near them. Part of Anglian Group and Everest Group and very quick to take a deposit. 7 days to cancel if you decide not to use them. It then takes 10-28 days to process cancellation and then 3-5 days following that to refund your deposit. On top of this even though cancelled, they continue to send you endless emails trying to get you to sign the full agreement.

Wrote a previous poor review on how bad and dirty afternoon tea was. Friends booked luminous lights for tonight and also birthday gift but bad weather their end and also ended up at our sude. I had a pile up accident and aching and friends explained that bad weather and about the pile up accident but they refused blank to allow to rebook. Lovely gardens but awful heartless people and I never had an apology from the dirty tablecloth, sugar pot etc, which was part of a 40th present from previous review. Spend better money elsewhere people. These people don't take on board dissatisfied customers. Clearly too wealthy to be bothered. They just wait for the next suckers to pop in

Very pleasant and helpful on initial call. They stick to their promise. Darren Gearey came around to quote on a large 55" TV bracket to be placed on the wall but no studs in plastered wall. Gave an option but hard work and drilling into outer brick and as we renting didn't go ahead. Reliable, honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. Hands definitely in safe hands with this gentleman.
