Excellent communication.professional from start to finish. The clinic and all their staff were outstanding and the FB group is reassuring as I thought it was too good to be true. I’ve had 2 procedures done and I have my life back. Cannot thank Nord enough!

Outstanding at every point
Outstanding at every point. Communication from Nord at every stage has put me at ease. Immaculate clinic, professional surgeons (and the entire team) and physiotherapist was excellent, transport was always on time. Could not fault anything and to top it off, Kaunas is a beautiful city.

Dumped outside front of house and I live on a busy Main Street. Couldn’t ring door bell or knock on door to let us know parcel has been delivered and this has been the last 3 deliveries from Yodel for Hello Fresh.

Hi Norma, I am sorry to hear that your parcel was left on the outside, and the driver did not even ring the bell or knock on the door to inform you of delivery.
