Awful ordered Monday morning paid £10 for next day delivery before 12pm and it’s still sat at dispensing. Using Black Friday as an excuse. You’ve had all year to prepare for the amount of orders you get it’s ridiculous
Ordering before the cut off and paying for next day delivery is a total scam so please don’t do it!! I paid £9.99 for before 12 next day delivery and ordered at 10am and have heard nothing for two days!!!
I emailed them as my order which they sent VIA Evri is stating there was a problem delivering the parcel and now it’s been stuck on "out for delivery" for FOUR DAYS and has not moved! The courier has very clearly lost the parcel. I asked this company to look into this as a matter of urgency and I had a generic reply stating that they could not cancel the order due to it being dispatched. I DID NOT ASK TO CANCEL. I asked for you to find out what’s going on with my parcel as it’s needed urgently!!!
I will be processing a charge back via our bank if this is not delivered.
Don’t bother guys. Go to a company that’s well known and has actual people replying to their emails!
Good price, two of my orders were good, however the most recent box of ten I have ordered taste burnt out after a quarter of the liquid goes down.

Ordered 20 metres of fabric, the colour did come off from the design that I uploaded but the company apologised and re printed the design for me so I can’t fault that! Thank you will use again!
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! I have shopped with these guys many times spending 100’s of pounds and always recommending them to people well no more!! They sent me an item that has a giant hole in it and when an advisor FINALLY replied to me they had the cheek to offer just 20% discount or expected me to pay to return the item!!! If an item is FAULTY you REPLACE it!! What do you want me to do take 20% and walk around wearing an item with a hole in it!?!? Just look on the visitor posts on their Facebook and comments on Instagram to see how bad this company actually is so many people having bad experiences it’s just not worth it!! Go to Missguided they’re so much better!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order on saturday night as my advertised price was 37 pounds per month. AFTER i had made the order it was only then visable to me that the actual price was 47 pound per month and 250 was claimable in "cash back" but not till months 6 12 and onwards. I immediatley (so within 10 mins of placing my order) called the company to have this cancelled before the contract could be set up and shipped out. I spoke to one lady who put me through to cancellations. I was on hold for over 1 HOUR THEN WAS CUT OFF!! i called back and spoke to the original lady again who apologized and said she put the cancellation through and i would be issued a cancellation email i did not receive that email and when i tried to call back the next day on sunday the office was closed... but i kept receiving emails saying my contract had been set up and the phone posted out!!! By this point i was furious as i knew they were going to try and charge me. On the monday morning i called another woman who then had to put the cancellation through again and i finally had an email confirmation. Only by this point i had received another email to be told i would probably still be charged this month as the contract had been set up but i would be reimbursed the following month MINUS THE AMOUNT OF DAYS THE CONTRACT WAS ACTIVATED FOR!!!! I AM SO ANGRY!! This should have been cancelled within 10 mins and none of this would have happened!!!!! I have cancelled the direct debit with my bank so if they do try to take this money i will be furious and will be contacting trading standards! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A DISGRACE AND ARE TRYING TO SCAM THEIR CUSTOMERS. THERES NO ONE EVEN IN THE OFFICES!!!!

I do apologise that you haven't been satisfied with our cashback process and I appreciate your frustration with this.
We feel cashback is a fantastic way for customers to be able to reduce their monthly bills. Cashback can be claimed in your 6th, 9th, 12th, 15th and 18th billing months by filling out the cashback claim form on our website. You have 60 days to make the claim once you receive your network bill in those months and if you then put this money towards your line rental, this effectively reduces the cost to you. The before and after cashback prices are displayed when you select the deal and detail on how to claim cashback is shown when you select the deal, in your basket, in your order confirmation email and on your dispatch note so my apologies if you missed this.
