Unbelievably bad. I placed an order from California at 1130 am to be delivered to my family in Tennessee for 530pm. At the scheduled delivery time, DoorDash just cancels my order. I had ordered $140 worth of food for my family to treat them as they are going through a medical crisis. No food! I had to order from the restaurant directly and ask my family to go pick it up. I am still upset 😡 doordash gave me $15 credit toward my next order-well that ain’t gonna happen. This company has burned me so many freakin times

Shaver Lake Creek Fire is currently burning yet this company is still accepting reservations for properties that may not even be standing. There is an evacuation order for Shaver Lake and they will not refund our reservation. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Won’t be using again. Total service charge not shown until card payment entered. Also sent me a “20% off promo code for my next order”. Said it was “site wide” promo code not taken on the flowers I chose. Had to call (waste of my time) and argue with customer service. She refused to give me 20% off my next order, which was going to be merchandise of $79.99. Instead, she gave me $9 off my existing order of merchandise $49. Not worth it. Will never use this company again. Overpriced for small bouquet

This is my legitimate review of Botach, Inc. We were searching everywhere for PPE (isolation coveralls) for my husband’s ER team. Many companies were sold out, didn’t respond to my emails..... Sammy Hecker responded promptly to me. He assisted me with Tyvek coveralls that ended up being perfect! We received our shipment within one week. THANK YOU !!!! So grateful for swift, professional help in these chaotic times.
