Company has “Gone into liquidation” without providing my refund - absolute shambles!

No communication except for the automated update messages, asked for help a number of times and was ignored. The completion date arrived and nothing!
Called to discuss and they say my case manager has changed, after she had just emailed me!
Avoid this company!

All round it’s been great but we have had a couple of instances where streaming services have buffered, only for a couple of seconds but still an annoyance and the reason for only 4 stars.

Defective products, weeks delays for deliveries, zero communication or anything resembling customer service.
I ordered a lamp for an event with more than two weeks to go, it arrived after the event and inoperable, I was considering keeping as a spare after getting one for the event locally.
Now trying to arrange the return, and am being ignored, except when they do respond to requests they put a time limit on it for me to respond!!

Absolute waste of internet space and money. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else, if you buy from these clowns, you’re just throwing money away!!

The website is not at all user friendly, impossible to find a way to cancel your policy online. So you have to ring up, then the only option you get is to accept some other useless policy so that they don’t ‘lose a customer’.

Cracking service as usual and great product, simple to follow instructions and does exactly what it says on the, er, weird foil food packaging it comes in 👍
