WBAB gave me a very fair price for my Honda and dealt professionally with the arrangements to assess, pay and collect it. Max was punctual, charming and efficient and I would certainly use him again.

If you want to be pestered and pressurised into a sale then don't go to DFS. Their way is to welcome you when you arrive and then let you get on with looking around. They're never far away if you need advice or information though. We've purchased from DFS many times over the last couple of decades and always been impressed with the high level of service (thank you Abby!) and the choice offered. The newly revamped store at Bristol is beautiful too; loads more space and all clean and tidy.
