Not enough seats. I had to sit outside in the smoking area even though I’m not a smoker. Not only that but it’s January. They’re willing to take your money though. I know giving them my money is my choice but it’s terrible when you can’t even sit down inside. Their food isn’t spectacular either. I normally have ham and cheese toasties but today I passed up the option. It normally tastes like airplane food. Substandard if you ask me.

Easy to deal with. I have so many books and CD’s that I’ve no use for and it’s a waste of time trying to sell on eBay. Also when I want to buy books, normally they are easy to find

Much quicker than Music Magpie service, because I have to travel further to dispatch my books and it’s too picky and won’t take certain books. Every book I sold on WOB has been accepted and InPost has more locations near me so it’s easier to dispatch packages

Terrible. Several times I was told there were tickets available for the return trip to London from Brighton and several times the link they gave me didn’t work. Now I find out that I can’t even ride. I can’t bring my bike and bag on the train because of the ride. For the first time in five years I can’t ride to Brighton. People have sponsored me to ride this event and now I feel I’m letting them down. Transparent is not the watchword with the organisers. Skyline Events are more on the ball when they do it in September. I’ve ridden both. I can only apologise to the people who sponsored me.
BHF needs to get better people to organise their events. They haven’t got a clue. I have emailed them about this and I will be ringing them again during the week. At least I don’t have to cycle to Clapham, with a bag and then to Brighton and then to Clapham. Disappointed is an understatement

I don’t use the app. When I order from Just Eat, I google them. They used to be reliable but lately they are slow. Most delivery times change when I order and keep changing. One night I was waiting nearly 2 hours and they just refunded me but I still was hungry. So my experience with Just Eat hasn’t been great of late. I’m starting to use local takeaway shops near me. It’s worth the effort to walk and I’m saving a few quid for delivery fees etc
