Paid for next day delivery but didn't receive until 2 days later. Shame because it was a birthday gift.

Hi there, Mr Barrow. We're so sorry to hear your order did not arrive in time for that special occasion. Taking a look into your order, we can see it was placed after the 14:00pm cut off for next day delivery and was therefore, processed and shipped by our team the next following work day. 

We were truly sorry to read Royal Mail did not deliver your order on time and we have of course refunded the £11.99 paid for the postage and packaging - which is to be refunded back to the original PayPal account used at the point of purchase. This usually appears within a matter of days, but please do allow up to 10.
We hope the recipient can now enjoy a great experience!
