the only complaint i have is:
a) the page loading too slow during live bidding which results in bidding on the wrong item

Purchased gas at the Smithville, Ontario Esso and put it in my lawn mower. The mower stopped working and took it back to the dealer. They found the carburetor seals were damage and to diagnosis the source of the damage they drained the fuel tank and there was WATER in the gas.

I have my system installed in 2022. I was told it was a full warranty. Last week, there was a blockage on my eaves. We went up to see and there was a section of the filter that had fallen into the eaves. I called to have the repairs made and was informed IT IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

Very disappointed. Investigating alternatives to traditional couriers and when I went to the site (as a non-registered user) i was presented with comparable prices from Canada post. I registered, and proceeded to enter the SAME shipping information used to generate the non-registered quote. What I was presented as a only option with UPS, no Can Post or any of the others. BEWARE of this company

Terrible!!! I have never experienced such difficulties with any other payroll software. You can't the reports you need. And to try and access your own records will not happen. Been waiting over 1 year and NOT 1 pay statement ever provided to me (email/snail mail). Screwed up our tax forms and now no one can get them. So far on hour 2 of trying to reach customer service after having someone disconnect my first attempt

I used to LOVE Shaw Direct (prior to Rogers takeover). Now their CSR lie, their costs have exploded and the services are horrid... My regular subscription which had been the same for 15 years ballooned to pver $200 per month.

I will be looking elsewhere in the new year. Good going Rogers - another long term customer GONE

Company fails to explain their billing. Received email advising me a credit was due to me. I asked when I could anticipate seeing the credit on my account and requested a full accounting of the credit application. All I was told is that i will be advised when it was applied - SURPRISE - NO CREDIT APPLIED. I asked for a full accounting of my account - NEVER PROVIDED.

Quality of fabric was terrible. Sizing was all off by 3 sizes I bought 3 sizes larger than needed and still fit too small. The seams are coming apart and we’re fraying before I even tired the clothing on


Never ever again will I buy non North American made clothing.

Piece of garbage items and it’s gonna cost more to return them that what the purchase price

I have bought MANY pairs of glasses and they continue to great quality

Enjoy the site and have max MULTIPLE purchases throughout the past 15 years or so

I ordered a product in September. It was said to be in stock. Then the purchase price was refunded to my account and advised the order was cancelled. Then they take the money again. All in the take the du SA and then credit them back another three times. Then three days ago they take funds out again. I finally receive my order today!

Will NEVER order from them again

Love the product but shipping is deplorable. Takes over a month and a half to get an order.
