Having never used Available Car before, we were not sure what to expect. Having explained our needs we were pointed in the right direction and then left to browse at our own pace with not a pushy salesman in sight. On returning to the showroom we were served by two very pleasant, competent and helpful members of the sales team who reserved a car and booked a test drive before we made a final decision. The car was prepared and ready for us to collect at the appointed time. A very positive experience all round. Would recommend.

I had to find a member of staff but she quickly found what I was looking for.
Also found a wooden handled pastry brush which I have been looking for in other shops for months.

Excellent customer service. Requested a refund of some of the accrued balance which was actioned immediately after submitting current meter readings.

Usual annual order for the allotment site. Arrived on due date and received advance notice from the delivery driver that he was on his way so that someone was on site to meet him. Helpful driver and no problems. Will be ordering again next year.

Excellent service. The order was placed on a Friday evening and was delivered on Tuesday. Well packaged and arrived safely. Recycling envelopes also included. I would recycle used cartridges anyway but this was a good idea to perhaps encourage those people who do not. Would recommend.
