The delivery was fine, but one point to make by me was that the box was huge for six small items! Quite unnecessary!

A lovely holiday. The shepherds hut could do with a little bit of extra cleaning, in the bathroom, and the flies caused a lot of mess on the bedding and all around the hut. Fly papers definitely needed! The view from the hut was incredible though, a perfect setting, and a novel way to stay.

We bought some Foxy underlay a few years ago, we had found nothing that stopped our rug creeping on a fitted carpet until we bought Foxy, very pleased with the new one, it is replacing the old piece which has now stopped working due to age. Thanks for getting it to us so quickly.

It was simply an easy process to book our holiday with you for September 2023. We have been to two of your holiday places, one in Oban, and one in North Yorkshire. I was not too impressed to deliver four parcels to Morrison’s, Tean Road, Cheadle, Staffs. And then to be told they had no receipts to give out! I left the parcels having photographed them all, and just hoped they were all collected by yourselves. Photographing the parcels, to my mind, wasn’t enough to prove I had actually taken the parcels to them, but this is what the manager had told all the staff to do.

We were very impressed at the speed at which someone came out to fix all our leaking taps. The young man was very considerate, and did the job quickly and efficiently. Thank you to the Homeserve team.

Brilliant technical staff, but sadly, the same cannot be said of the telephone staff. Very disappointed with their attitude.
