ik heb mijn pakket ontvangen 10 dagen laat, met alle spullen in slechte staat (nat dan weer drogen) en sommige artikelen ontbrekend. Klantenservice duurde 2-3 dagen op elke antwoord. Nog twee weken later ze gingen akkoord om mijn pakket opnieuw te verzenden. DHL komt twee dagen later en zei mijn pakket werd teruggestuurd naar zender omdat hij is kapot gegaan tijdens de transport... ongelofelijk. Ten minste ik heb mijn geld nu teruggekregen.

I made my purchase in the weekend, so it took a bit longer than expected, and my device (justfog j-easy 9) didn't work at first, but once I called your office you were very helpful and troubleshooted it with me until it did work. Top service. I now made another purchase and can see you already sent it within the day, so I'm glad I don't have to wait long this time! Thank you for your help and quality products!
